You can choose between three riding modes

Pedal-assisted mode, all-electric mode (when using the included throttle), and classic pedal mode. In standard pedal mode, you’ll experience unparalleled acceleration with the 7-speed Shimano transmission and mechanical gears. In moped mode and all-electric mode, you’ll enjoy an unexpectedly fast riding experience.
